Just close your eyes and feel the beach vibes! ⁕ 3,5 cl Mission Masala’s Firewater pineapple RUM⁕ 2,5 cl Social Club Spiced ginger liqueur⁕ 7 cl coconut infusion*⁕ 7 cl Fresh blended and strained pineapple juiceGarnish: shredded coconut, pineapple leaf, pinch of cinnamon powder Rim a glass by making it wet with a piece of lime and dip on a plate with the shredded coconut. Fill a blender with all the ingredients and a hand full of crushed ice, mix till all ice is dissolved. Pour in the rimmed glass and garnish with the pineapple leaves, a straw & pinch of cinnamon. 

*coconut infusion: COMBINE 400ml coconut milk (Chaokoh), 400ml coconut cream (Kara) & 12 frozen lime leaves. cook (DON’T boil) for 20minutes. Strain and cool.
