A Creamy & refreshing sour. use our pineapple rum for a tropical touch or make it punchy with our house blend. ⁕ 5 CL MISSION MASALA’S FIREWATER HOUSE BLEND RUM OR PINEAPPLE RUM⁕ 3 CL FRESH SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE⁕ 4 CL HERBY HONEY SYRUP *⁕ 3 CL EGG WHITE (OR USE AQUAFABA FOR A VEGAN SWITCH)⁕ A DASH OF ANGOSTURA BITTERSGARNISH: LIMELEAF AND CHILI POWDER ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO A COCKTAILSHAKER. AND GIVE IT A GOOD ‘DRY’ SHAKE FOR 15 SECONDS TO FOAM THE EGGWHITE. FILL(!) THE SHAKER WITH ICE CUBES AND GIVE IT ANOTHER 8 SECONDS TO COOL THE DRINK. STRAIN IN A TUMBLER FILLED WITH ICE CUBES. GARNISH WITH A PINCH OF CHILI AND SQUASHED LIME LEAF. *500ml WATER, 250g HONEY, 4 LIME LEAFS, 10G ASSAM TEA, 2 STAR ANISE. HEAT (NOT BOIL) FOR 15MINUTES, STRAIN & CHILL
